What’s Involved? Pick up calls, and provide over the phone assistance. Some tasks include: taking shopping orders, signposting and booking slots at the recycling centre. You will need to be confident with using a variety of apps via a computer browser. You will need your own phone and computer. This role requires a DBS check.
