Ross Community Development Trust is delighted to announce that it has received £20,000 from the National Lottery’s Awards for All scheme, as a contribution to the running costs of Ross Good Neighbours for the next two years.

This is a real boost to the project and its mission to build stronger relationships in Ross, Weston and Bridstow. Our shoppers are on hand to deliver groceries to those who can no longer shop for themselves and our befriending team visit those at risk of loneliness or who just fancy a bit of company now and then.

Our Ross Neighbourhood News team delivers information about the wonderful work that so many Ross groups do, straight to 6500 letterboxes every quarter. And our Helpline team on 01989 313002 is available to everyone with questions about how to access services in the area, especially those without access to the Internet.

All of this is made possible thanks to our funders, including National Lottery players. We also thank our fabulous volunteers for all the work that they do to make Ross a better place.
