Ross Meeting Centre resumed after a Christmas break to a fun packed day on 12th January, filled with exercise in the morning and relaxation in the afternoon. This valuable local service for people with mild/moderate dementia and their families is a social club at heart, where people meet to have fun, talk to others and get help that focuses on what they need. All activities are designed to help people adapt to the challenges that living with dementia can bring, and the group can also assist with both practical and emotional issues. They meet every Thursday at Tudorville and District Community Centre between 11.30am and 3pm.
