Our Retail Assistant volunteers are the first point of contact for our customers when they enter our shops.
As Retail Assistant volunteer you will greet customers, help them find the items they’re looking for and answer their questions where you can. With support from the shop team, your invaluable efforts at keeping the sales floor well stocked and organised will help us make a mission possible by raising as much as we can to fund lifesaving missions.
You will be helping to promote our awareness campaigns and encouraging every donor to become part of our Gift Aid scheme.
If you want to get to know the community around, you this is a perfect way to integrate yourself into your local area and become a part of our team.
This is a flexible Retail Assistant role where you can try different roles throughout the shop until you find your niche, such as putting your own stamp on the shop displays and keeping our shop stocked.
